Payment

All orders should be prepaid, either by check or money order payable to the Southern Regional Education Board (in U.S. dollars) or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Purchase orders are accepted from federal, state or local government agencies and qualified institutional buyers. Please provide a copy of the purchase order. 

Rush Orders

We will be happy to rush your order. Rush orders can be sent by Federal Express, DHL or UPS Air (in lieu of standard shipping charges) if the customer provides an express mail account number or credit card number. Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by the total cost of the order, after discounts. All standard orders in the contiguous United States are shipped by UPS ground service. Use the chart on the order form to determine shipping charges. Add $5 for Canadian UPS shipments. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent UPS Second Day Air; the shipping charge is 25 percent of the cost of the total order.

Customers in the contiguous states should allow two weeks for processing and delivery of orders. To receive an order more quickly, see the information on rush orders above.

Return Policies

SREB permits the return of books under certain conditions. Please call SREB at (404) 875-9211, Ext. 236, before returning books. Returned books must be in resalable condition. We cannot accept books for refund without an SREB return authorization number.

• Claims for damages or errors should be made within 30 days of receipt.
• Returned books must be received by SREB within 90 days of original shipment. 
• We cannot give a refund without an SREB invoice number.
• Customers must pay all return shipping charges, unless SREB is responsible for an error.
• We cannot honor requests from book dealers for credit for overstock conditions.

Discounts

A volume discount of 10 percent is available on orders of $100 or more, excluding items that already are volume-priced, banners, CDs and videos.
