Making Schools Work Conference Transportation

Conference Location

All 2025 Making Schools Work Conference events will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Parking

We will provide more information about conference parking as the conference draws nearer.

Transportation From Off-Site Hotels

Please note that two 55-seat buses will be provided for the conference on a first-come, first-served basis. The first bus (Route 1) will go from the Hilton Riverside to the Convention Center and back, while the second bus (Route 2) will go from the Embassy but is also available for guests staying at the Courtyard and Sonesta; this will also have a regular route to and from the Convention Center. Both buses will run during the specified start and end times.

Please allow up to 30 minutes between each bus run.

We will offer more information about transportation times from off-site hotels as the conference draws nearer.
