Educator turned entrepreneur, Shannon Buerk has emerged as a thought leader on educational leadership, organizational culture and systems thinking. Shannon recently published Connect the Dots: Utilizing Education Intelligence to Accelerate Growth, Retain Talent, and Optimize Outcomes to help public schools modernize and measure professional growth to create insights that save time and money and enhance results.
Previously, she served as a high school English teacher, assistant superintendent, strategic planning consultant and learning environment design consultant. She received her undergraduate degree from Schreiner University, where she played collegiate basketball, and her graduate degree from Portland State University.
