Faculty Diversity by Rank
While college campuses grow increasingly diverse, the race and ethnicity of faculty on campus often does not reflect that of the students. This difference is exacerbated as faculty rank increases. These profiles detail data, for each SREB state and the Southern region, the race and ethnicity of faculty by rank at two- and four-year institutions.
