SREB is working with 27 states (16 in the SREB region) that are testing or implementing the SREB Readiness Courses. Each state is at a different stage in piloting and implementing the courses, some still grappling with the policies to support these efforts. SREB is helping each state make its own decisions regarding policy and flexible course offerings for example, whether to offer in-class, hybrid or online courses; course credit requirements; and supplementing existing required classes with Readiness Course units.
