Juliana is an Instructional Coach for the Division of Development and Innovation at SREB, a role she has held since 2017. With 27 years of experience in public education, Juliana has a rich background that includes teaching high school science in Alabama for 15 years and serving as an assistant principal and district content specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), a master’s in leadership from the University of Alabama, and an Education Specialist degree in Leadership from Samford University. Additionally, she achieved National Board Certification in 2001. Juliana resides in Birmingham, Alabama, where she continues to contribute to educational development and innovation.
