2024 Advanced Career (AC) Teacher Training Institutes
SREB’s Advanced Career Teacher Training Institutes has more options than ever before. Take our national training, where there is no need for costly travel as teachers may work from their school’s lab.
Create a custom training for an individual teacher or multiple teachers for schools, districts, states or regions. For this personalized training, you may complete training face to face or virtually.
Or we can help you create a tailored curriculum to meet your local workforce needs.
Learn more about how we can help by looking through the options below.
How It Works
Option1: National Training
Register the teacher for the AC Teacher Training Institute (TTI). New AC Teachers must attend the New AC Teacher Training. Experienced AC Teachers must attend training for Courses 2 and 3 before teaching the course.
Must-Haves for Training Success
- Computer and internet access
- Access to a school laboratory (Aerospace Engineering and Energy Pathways)
- Purchase and receipt of required AC equipment and supplies before technical training. Due to national supply chain shortages and shipping delays, please order equipment and supplies early.
- Attendance at each session
- Paper composition notebook
